Ways To Pay
Pay by giro at any Barclays bank
Please take a giro slip provided to any branch of Barclays bank and make payment over the counter or by using the automated payment machines. This will then be credited to your account with in 1 working day.
Pay via BACS or standing order:
Please contact your bank and give them the following details: Account Name: Credit G Ltd. Account Number: 20587516. Sort Code: 20-24-64.
Pay by Card
Please call us on 0208 681 8479 to make payment by card. We won’t charge you anything extra, and the full amount you pay will be credited to your account. We will only accept debit card payments and the minimum amount is £20. We do not issue card refunds.
Cheque or postal order
Please cheques or postal orders in conjunction with a payment slip to PO Box 3158, South Croydon, CR2 6WY.
Refunds
We will provide regular balance updates and account statements on request. A confirmation letter is sent once the account is cleared. In the event that an overpayment is made we will issue a refund. We will pay you by BACS directly into your current account, or send a cheque if you prefer. If you think you have overpaid or feel you are entitled to a refund you will need to contact us on 0208 681 8479 or write to us at PO Box 3158, South Croydon, CR2 6WY.
